Print this workout calendar and stick it on your wall or keep it on your phone! Feel free to change it up to suit you. The point is to get MOVE-ing at least 5-6 days a week.

EAT MORE. EAT RIGHT. NOT LESS.

Things To Note:

* Eat more and eat right. Never starve.

* Focus on filling up on natural food and
remove processed foods from your diet.

* Cut off all sugary drinks. No exceptions, even for cheat meals.

* Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
Tip: I use the MyFitnessPal app to help me
track my water intake and my meals!
You can also use this handy timetable!
Just print it out and keep it with you.

Drink Water

You can also choose to drink black coffee, 

which has been found to boost our metabolism
 and help with fat burning!

* Have a cheat meal once a week.
This means you can eat anything you want
but remember it’s a cheat meal, not cheat day.
